Modern warfare 2 shader

Hello, Well I am a big modern warfare 2 player....1 month ago my cp crushed....I mean blue screen erros than my motherboard and videocard crapped on each other...in other words....crap... anyway...Last night he(my computer) was back and I installed mw2 mp but this error appeard when I finnaly updated every piece of the game.... :
Vertex shader version is 2.0
Video card or driver doesn't support vertex shader 3.0 or better.
Huffman Took 6 Milliseconds


Error during initialization:
Video card or driver doesn't support vertex shader 3.0 or better.


Can any1 help me? I have intel p4 3.00gz 1.75 ram ....and losts of GBs....

@Offtopic This should be in the Graphics & Display section.

@Ontopic MW 2 requires shader model 3.0, cards with 2.0 will in no way work with shader model 3.0. Can you tell what graphics card you have?
