OK, I know asking a serious question down here is perhaps foolish, but still...
At work I have to design some reports which print on continuous (fanfold) paper, which is all pre-printed with various boxes etc. The problem is this paper is a weird non-standard size (13" x 9" ), and because it's that 3-layer 'triplicate' stuff, it needs to be printed on a dot matrix printer (or you don't get the other two copies).
So Basically I need to be able to specify a Custom page size. Now, as the drivers for the Dot-matrix printer we have here at work (an Epson FX-1050) don't allow this, I was wondering:
a) does anyone know if there's a win XP driver for this printer which allows Custom page sizes? (yes, I have looked but no luck)
OR
b) can someone suggest a different dot-matrix printer that we can buy, which does have drivers that allow custom sizes? (bearing in mind the paper is 13" wide, so A4-only won't cut it)
I would assume that any NEW dot-matrix purchased today would have drivers that support this, but as they're not that cheap I don't want to buy one on the off-chance & waste the company money.
Anyone who helps me can have a g-mail invite or 6.
Many thanks to anyone who's even read this far , and my eternal gratitude to anyone who can even be bothered to help.

yeah, I've been looking around, but epson seem to think that the XP 'standard' drivers are fine, and those don't support custom paper. Bastards.
Thanks for takin' the time, all the same
Option B (buy a new printer) appeals more anyway. This 1050 thing was an ancient piece of shit when I joined here, and that was over 6 years ago! . The big manual feed knob has fallen off, so you have to use a pair of pliers to wind the paper around

in my civilian job, we put those things in ruggedized cases and sell them to the army($90 for a printer + $450 for the case and sell em for $8500 dollars) lmao. hehe.
