Headphones problem

Hello,

am having a problem with my headphone ... when I plug my headphone into the audio jack, what I hear is "half-sound" but when I pull it back and maintain a half contact I can hear the sounds perfectly

I had this with a new PC case and it might be the same issue. Half contact worked fine and when I put in fully (or what I thought was) that sound went. I wasn't putting it in far enough it was just really stiff because it was a new case. Try pushing really hard and make sure it's fully in. Sounds silly I know but it fooled me. I thought it was faulty.
