8 HD RAID on A8N-SLI Deluxe

I was wondering if it was possible to put 8 HDs in RAID0+1 with a A8N-SLI Deluxe (http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket939/a8nsli-d/overview.htm) like on this picture http://www.ofb.net/~jheiss/raid10/raid01.gif

I'm asking that because it looks like there are two different RAID controllers on that motherboard and each of them has control on 4 HDs...

You can't span a RAID array across two controllers, at least, not in this setup. You would be able to put 8 drives on the NVRAID setup though, 4 SATA 4 PATA although the slave/master configuration might screw your bandwidth.
