From the <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Showimage.asp?Mode=&Type=&Image=20-223-032-03.jpg,20-223-032-01.jpg&CurImage=20-223-032-01.jpg&Description=Rosewill+2GB+(2+x+1GB)+184-Pin+DDR+SDRAM+DDR+400+(PC+3200)++Unbuffered+Dual+Channel+Kit+System+Memory+Model+RW400/2048KITDP+-+Retail" target="_new">picture</A> you will see the modules are using PQI branded chips.

PQI chips are non-major chips, possibly UTT. The latency of CL2.5 for PC-3200 is in the performance category.

Not the best modules but nothing wrong with them.
