I do know how vague my question is, but I will try to back it up with as much information as possible.

My question is why, are so many of my programs faulting out, while not only taking up more than they should be (Memory/CPU), but while PC still has much (2GB of Memory, 60% of my CPU) room left for them to operate.

My initial model PC was the HP m7580n, but I have changed a few things, here are my stats.
-XP Professional, Media Center 2003
-ASUS A8M2N-LA micro ATX motherboard
-4 GB of RAM
-AMD CPU of 3 Ghz (Dual-core)
-NVIDEA 9800 GT Graphics Card
-320 GB Internal Storage (Manufacturer Unknown, Maybe HP)
-External 1 TB (Seagate, Fire-wire 800 Connection)
-Logitech 2.1 Speakers
-Viewsonic 21", DVI input
-Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000
-An Upgraded Fan to support upgraded hardware

I also have a complete list of the programs that I use, installed, and whatnot.

Feel free to ask any questions that are relevant to the situation, because I feel I know enough to answer them.

And I do not have any viruses, malwarebytes, and COMODO have confirmed this after several deep scans.

Never mind... turns out to be my fans wont support my GPU, and my PC does its best to keep functioning, but suffers in performance.
