Getting permission to delete setup exe

I have a risk on my laptop called Trojan.ADH.2 that cannot be removed by my Norton 360 product. The threat is in a document called 'Setup.exe' which is in a file called 'f' I tried to delete the file but it kept telling me that I need permission from "Everyone" to delete it. What do I do?
