Restore disk for toshiba

Hello,
anyone knows how to restore a toshiba L40-15G?i want to restore the system but i can't gain acess to hard drive disk,because of the pass it have when it was to fixe it,and in the factory they put a password that i can use!
if anyone could help me i'll apreciatted any help
