I have Acer AL 1717 LCD monitor. Now it give me problem. Then i touch my tower i felt electric leakage. Finally i found out it come from VGA cable from the LCD. Please help me .

buy new cable ? Actually the current can feel when i touch the pin that connected to GPU and whole metal in tower and hardware. Is the cable problem?
