as it state in the thread's title,please can someone help me with this issue??

in device manager,there are no exclamation mark sign..it just missing(wireless device)...

it happens before,but usually it will return to normal again by just letting my laptop to restart or by re-installing the OS..but now,i've tried again but with no luck i guess...

please help me :(

Hi first of take the back of were the wireless card is and remove it then start windows after it has run for 5 mins close down any programs running and sut down windows then put the wireless card back start windows and see if it is in devices if not try installing drivers if that does not work you will need a new wireless card
