That's a tough one, if it severed from the basket you may want to buy a new speaker all together. I had UPS destroy 3 out of 4 speakers in an Eden Bass cabinet i used to own. Because the basket and magnet are all one piece, the magnet wasn't ever going to be reconnected, not properly at least. The alignment of the magnet is crucial to the performance of the driver. Sadly I'd say its time for a new speaker.
