Berlant series 30 broadcast equipment

I just happened on to what I think might be a good deal. Berlant series 30 reel to reel, 2 pre amps and turntable. It seems like there was another component but not sure. I didn't realize what it was until I got home and began doing some research on it. I couldn't find much so I am asking. Everything works. It came out of a radio station in Michigan. The asking price is about $500. Can anybody help me out with this; to much, good deal or leave it alone. This also comes with vintage reels of music and records. Thanks.
