Thanks,

I did that. But it says drivers are not found. Iam confused. The installation process is looking for drivers in the recovery CD or computer hard drive or where?

thanks again.

Hi,

Let me put that little more clear. After the selection of language as a part of installation process, the "Where do you want to install windows?" screen appears. And this screen gives an error, "No drivers were found. Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation".

When i click the "Load Driver" button. it gives me a message, "To install the device driver needed to access your hard drive, insert the installation media containing the driver files, and then click ok. Note: The installatio media can be a floppy disk, CD, DVD or USD flash drive."

Now, what that actually means, Iam not sure. Pls help.

Thanks,

VAni.
