Are both disks in the same machine? If so, boot from the drive you want to keep, and provided there is no data on the other drive that you want to retain, simply format it by opening Windows Explorer, Rt click on the drive and choose 'Format'... You may have two boot options when you power on your machine, go to Msconfig/Boot and remove the surplus entry.
