HP DV lawsuit

Hello,

What ever became of a possible HP DV lawsuit? I am an attorney. They manufactured a defective product -- defective design -- and entered it into the stream of commerce. Even after learning that it was a defective design, they continued to enter it into the stream of commerce, and represent that it is fit for the purpose of the design. That alone could be plenty enough to win a lawsuit on Product Liability.

I start by not purchasing HP products. That's a good way to avoid the defects.
