This is the last piece of my system that I will be ordering very soon and I just can't make up my mind and would like some help.

I'd like a 22" but not stuck to that size. I don't want to spend more than $250. There will be some casual gaming probably FPS if anything. Also graphic work so color accuracy is a good point and just general computer use web, browsing etc..

So I had in mind at first:

ASUS VH226H Black 21.5" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen 16:9 Full HD 1080P LCD Monitor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6824236051

also

Acer H213H bmid Black 21.5" 5ms HDMI Full HD 1080P Widescreen 16:9 LCD Monitor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6824009157

or for a bit more...

Dell S2209W 22" Flat Panel

I've never owned an lcd except in my notebook and I'm spoiled with an Ezio at work but cannot decide what would be the best for the best money for home. Help!! Thank you

If you want some color accuracy, the Dell 2209WA is the only choice worth buying in that category. Unlike every other monitor in that price range, it has an IPS screen. It absolutely FLATTENS everything else below $400 for color accuracy and image quality.

Amazing price too.

As cjl recommended, get the Dell 2209WA. It will come closest to the Ezio while spending only $239 (excluding tax and shipping).

The OP should be aware, though, that the 2209WA is limited to only 1680x1050 resolution. Full HD resolution would not be part of the equation.

Ok, now I really need some help between these two monitors, just not sure which is better than the other (other than resolution)?

S2209W

or the,

2209WA
http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna [...] u=320-7825

What is the difference between these two. I'm going to buy one or the other and right now just at looking at the specs I like the 2209WA even though the S2209W has higher resolution. I'm looking to buy this asap.

The 2209WA is much better. It is an IPS panel --- very accurate rendering of colors, and the viewing angle is very generous. It's extremely rare to find an IPS panel at this price range (they are usually in the $500+ category). Don't confuse the 2209WA with with the 2209W model, which is a TN panel. Those have very narrow viewing angles and inaccurate color rendition.

Ok thank you. :) Thats what I wanted to hear and that is the panel I will be getting.
