is it possisble to hook up an amp head with 4, 8, and 16 ohm outputs directly from one of these outputs to a house mixer board and have the guitar sound fed back to the stage monitor??

Ouch! Never ever ever do that! There must be a direct or line out of your amp head for that purpose. What amp do you have? I can help you more if i had that info.

But DO NOT ever plug your output jack into a mixing board input, you'll certainly fry the input in no time.
