Internal LAN-Yes/Internet-No

Checked your modem ?, Obviously the internal LAN is active.
Log in to your modem and access it's Status page and check the
WAN to see if it is connected to your ISP. If active, Note it's
DNS & Gateway settings. Then try to Ping those directly from a
Command Prompt window.

Thanks - You blanked out some important fields in your original
post. Make sure that your Gateway and DNS Server point to
your router/modem IP (192.168.x.x). Also check your Network
Connections and see if there is a Internet Gateway shown and
also that you only have 2 LACs (Local Area Connections).
Finally, Check your Hosts file in..
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc
Make sure besides the comment delimited lines (#) that you only
have an entry for Localhost. Some Security software or Malware
may add numerous other entries either to block or redirect traffic.
