Can anyone tell how to remove unwanted Icons from the Taskbar tray??

Right click a blank area of the taskbar, under Notification Area choose
Customize. Highlight the icon, set it to always hide.

Another option is to check in the program's options to see if there is
an option to not have it show in the notification area.
