G9 + Razer Destructor, which one to drop?

Hi all,

I am new here and I have a question:
Right now I'm using a Logitech G9 Laser mouse on a Razer Destructor mousepad.
In my case this really doesn't work well, there is a lot of friction. I only have have
the G9 for about 6 weeks and the Razer Destructor for about a week. Right now
I'm trying do decide which one to get ridd of. I'm not really sure.
What I do know is that the G9 didn't glide really well on my desk from the start.

p.s. I am using Vista x64 and I read somewhere that the Razer Drivers are not
allways working well on x64. Is this true?
Any help is appreciated and apologies for any spelling errors.
