Hello,
why does my mouse move slowly on some spintop games, yet other spintop games I can play normally.

Most games has an options that you can configure the mouse speed and also the screen resolution which also affect the mouse speed.

with spintop games i cannot find any configurations etc

Did you look on it's program location? - it might be their.
