I recently replaced the hard drives on a Dell notebook, it had a raid mirror set loaded. I cleared the data from the drives and reformated them to resell on Ebay. The buyer got the drive and says it has a password on the drive although I know for a fact i never set any password. I'm thinking that the raid format may have something to do with this condition. does anyone have any idea how to reset the drive?

Any suggestions? Do you think a Low Level Format will remove the password?
