Downgrade from Win 7 to Vista w/Recovery disks?...

Due to software incompatibility, I would like to downgrade from Windows 7 to Vista. I have the original recovery disks. Will I be able to do this using the recovery disks without any problems? Any info. or thought are appreciated.

When you use the recovery disks, all info on the hard drive will be deleted. It will be a "fresh" install of Vista. Make sure you back up your documents before you install the recovery disks.

right click on the application, go to properties, go to compatibility tab, select windows vista or lower to emulate and click apply
