My old computer has gone through 1 too many blue screens and powers on, but just about every click results in a corrupt file error message and get no where

So I am in the market for new system:

I have found 2 refurbished HP's with subtle differences and I was hoping I could get a little advice about which to pick

In the blue corner is an HP M9250f
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 Quad Core 2.66GHz
4GB Ram
Hard Drive 2 x 500GB Serial ATA/300 7200 rpm
Wi-Fi - IEEE 802.11b/g
$649

In the Red Corner is HP M9350F
AMD Phenom X4 9850 Quad-Core Processor 2.5GHz
6GB RAM
750GB Hard Drive Serial ATA/300 7200 rpm
Wireless 802.11 b/g/n
$669

Everythjing else is the same, I realize theses are subtle differences, but I was hoping to get some second opinions, cheaper prices on similar systems, Or advice on a new system (any brand) <$750-800: not a big gamer, wanted a tv tuner, vista 64 for future mem upgrades

Thanks
O

Between the two, I'd go for HP M9350f but both are good system. However you mentioned you prefer one with TV Tuner so the HP M9350f is pretty much plug and play.

Dell system is good too but right now HP gives more bang for a buck.
