WD is rated #1 by many with seagate reallllly close!so almsot a tie IMO.
I personnaly have a 200gb seagate baraccuda 7200.8 w/ NCQ, my motherboard doesnt support NCQ though...
Native Command Queueing, it allows your HD to rearrange the command(read/write data) in a more effective way. Technically it reduce the head movement because all the command that should be executed in the same area are ordered in a more effective way.
Real world performance is almsot 0 right now, still a ncie feature to have for the future!
