hey im trying to put a windows 7 on a CD and it is asking me to pick ether like a usb flash drive,or with a CD/DVD player.witch do i use to put windows 7 on to?

Well first off, Windows 7 comes on a DVD, so assuming you're trying to burn the downloadable version, you'll need a DVD not a CD. If you are trying to install Windows 7 onto a DVD, that is not permitted by the terms of the Windows EULA.
