I have looked everywhere to find out how I can fix this problem.

Vista does not have a full driver pack for my B8350 printer, and I cannot align the print cartrisges with the driver that is provided.

The printer is supposed to align the cartridges automatically when they are changed, but this does ot seem to be working either.

Can anyone help with this problem??
