Computer restarts when playing wow

Hey guyz my prob is that when im playin WoW or DotA my pc is just giving me a blue screen and some error reports it says that if its the first tyme ive see this restart my comp and if uve seen it b4 check out for any BIOS updates and BLAH BLAH BLAH cant understand but there is many more CAAN SOMEBODY THERE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS THING!
