82GM45/ T4200 Vs. 82GME965/T5470 - What to buy?

I need some help, I had the possibility to buy either a Notebook with an Intel® 82GM45 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub and Intel® Pentium® Processor T4200; and other with an Intel® 82GME965 Graphics and Memory Controller and Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5470.

Both cost about the same and have almost the same features, but the 82GM45/ T4200 have an HDMI port, an eSATA port and a 1.3mpx Webcam that the 82GME965/T5470 doesn’t have.

I would like to know the pros&cons of one or the other.

T4200 is clocked @ 2GHZ with 1MB cache and 800MHZ Bus and T5470 is clocked @ 1.6GHZ with 2MB cache and 800MHZ Bus,so the T4200 will perform a little better than T5470 in almost every apps with the exception of some few apps which benefit from more cache,so it depends on what you do,but as i said T4200 will perform better in majority of apps
