Acer aspire t650 no power

My Acer desktop has 'died'. It appears to have no power at all. I have replaced the PSU, checked the connections but nothing.
No fans run, no lights on.... nothing. Any suggestions please?

Looks like another bad PSU. Try the 'paper clip' test for the PSU
