After reading http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=960548 that's the impression I get.
Any opinions from actual competitive gamers (particularly first person shooters; we're not talking WoW)? I'm talking about you guys who squeeze every frame out of a game you can, even sacrificing pretty graphics, to insure they're not at a disadvantage. Those out there who've laughed at typical "limitations of the human eye" quotations.
