In setting up my wireless adapter (MN-520), I get stuck
at entering the wireless security key no. I have verified
it is the same no. referenced on the base setup. What
could be stopping this? How can I correct? thank you.

Dear Robbin,

"stuck". Hmmm. You mean your PC freezes up? Or you are
unable to connect after you enter it? Are you using 64-
bit or 128-bit encryption?

When I'm installing the Broadband Utility Setup software,
I can't get any further after I enter the security key
no. (I highlight the network I want and hit "next". copy
and paste (or type) the security key and hit "next". It
brings me right back to the previous page to select a
network.) I'm using a 128-bit encryption.

Dear Robbin,

When using the Microsoft Broadband Network Utility, and
selecting Adpater Settings, the bottom of the screen
allows you to pick from Available Networks. Make sure
that your MN-520 is selected as the wireless device.

Htting Available networks take you to the next page where
you highlight one network and enter the WEP key. After
you select the network; enter its WEP key, you hit
the "Connect" button (there is no "next" button here).

After hitting the "Connect" button, you WILL be brought
you back to the previous Adapter Settings page. If you
wait there you should see it updated with your new
connection.

On the same page, it should list your IP address.
Sometimes you may have to "Renew". What is it?

Cancel the wizard then. At that point the software is installed. Just
configure it in the software. If you are running Windows XP just
uninstall the software & use Windows to configure your wireless connections.
