Is there any problem to install Linux Fedora (7-10) on SONY VAIO Laptops (for example VGN SR490DDB)? If it's ok, How about besides Windows XP or other OS ?

Provided you can find drivers, those OSs will work on any x86 architecture computer.

I contacted the company and they told me that my laptop (VAIO SR490DDB) doesn't support Linux! If I install it, many problems will cause for its drivers.

I did a google search about your laptop's model and didn't find anything,so don't install it,you will run in to driver problems
