If you could describe Over the ear better maybe I can help. I am a wireless
dealer and have probably 7-8 styles of Headsets, and I have a Tungsten W
that I can use to verify operation. But Over The Ear, could be interpreted
differently depending on the party. I am in USA BTW, at least maybe I can
pin a model down for you. I dont think that the DUBYAH takes anything
unusual if I remeber , just a 2.5mm jack.

The T|W used a not very common 4-way plug and jack for the headset which
includes a press-button in the microphone housing. Try Googling for Palm W
headset. There are also stub adapter cables, with a 4-way plug for the
Palm, a press button, and a 3-way jack to allow you to use a standard
headset.

I not sure on this but the T|C uses a Nokia headset for the Voice Recorder. Try one if you can.

A Nokia earbud I got with my used dub-ya works OK. I also bought a earset
with a spring-loaded spool from Proporta, which is what I use daily with
mine.
The connector is four-pole, 2.5mm, and on many earsets, the volume is too
low to hear the other party clearly. Make sure you can return what you buy
if you get something othetr than the Proporta.
