Browsers freeze on closing/random

Hello,
My specs are:
Duo Cereon 2x2.4Ghz
4Gb ram
Radeon 7700 HD
Windows 7 Professional


Its completly new but here is the kick.
Sometimes when i use firefox..IE or opera or chrome....it works fine...sometimes when i press somewhere It freezes...but most common freeze is when i close browser...

I looked around internet and i can't find anything like this...
I mean PC freezes like picture...i waited over 12 hours...and it was still frozen nothing seems to react...Keyboard or mouse...only to unfreeze i have to do hard reset

I have exactly the same problem. When I close my browser, 5-10 sec after it freeze, or BSOD.

I am on W7 x64. I just reformated and same problem. But I can play every recent game with max setting and do whatever I want, it works perfectly fine.
So i need to keep my browser open all the time, and close it when i am down, and quickly shut down my computer before it crashs.

Anyone have a solution ?
