Dell computer keep powersaving mode

please help my computer is only 3yrs old and it keeps going into power saving mode it make a loud beeping noise and the fan gets really loud and the mouse and keyboard will not light up. Then i have to shut the whole thing down for like three days then it will work right after that . i never know when it will go into powersaving mode. Help please!!!!!!
