Can a dell D610 screen work in a Dell D600??

Hello. I have access to a Dell D600 and a Dell D610. The D610's screen was broken accidentally. The Dell D600 is to be discarded (obsolete machine, etc,etc...). I wonder if it is possible to replace the D610's screen with the D600's. The terminal plug of both sreens seems to be identical (and the mainboard connector too) So,...what do you think??

As long as the brackets and connectors are the same on each, then it will work.
