I am running win xp with sp2.
Whenever I open the control panel I get an error message.
"Some Odyssey components could not be located"
When I acknowledge this the control panel opens correctly.
This relates to an Odyssey client program that I uninstalled and do not need.
Is there a way to edit this from the control panel start-up.
I don't want to reinstall the program.
I have tried reinstall and the removal, but it still will not disappear.
Thanks

Install TweakUI:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp [...] rtoys.mspx

TweakUI > Control Panel. Untick the applets in order to find
the culprit.

Try a search for ".cpl ", see if you can find anything relating to the
program and delete it.

Thanks Detlev and Jim for your responses.
