Printer offline

Hello,
my printer is stating that it is offline. How can I get it back online? It is an HP series 2400

Make sure the printer connections are ok. Verify. Turn the printer ON, and restart the computer. It is possible that the printer is in 'power savings' mode. Try printing something.
