Easynote charging problem

my packard bell easynote mv46 will not charge i have tried 2 batterys and niether will charge the laptop works perfectly on mains power but just will not charge

It could be that the AC adapter has a problem. It can be hard to test, as you would have to buy a new one. However, if you do, save the reciept so you can return it if it doesn't work.
