Hi,
I have a Panasonic cf-w2 notebook and it worked fine.
But now I am prompted and error message when the system boot up.
"No Operating System found"
I can go to BIOS but in there Hard disk is not found. But sometimes BIOS show my 40GB h/D and continue the boot up, but it is rare.

So can anyone help me understand the problem with my lap and the solution.
Thanks.....

You can use the Ultimate Boot CD to run some hard disk diagnostics. Google it.

Seems like your hard disk is bad or is loose. Try reseating it and see if that fixes the problem. If not, try and run a diagnostic on it.
