I have a Dell All-in-one-printer 966. It says my ink cartridges are full, but they only print light streaks.
Black: Series 7
P/N: DH828
Color: Series 7
P/N: DH829

Also, can I only buy new Dell cartridges online? Can I get them at Staples?
