Send to email recipient doesn't work

You need Microsoft Outlook installed for that to work. You don't need to use
Outlook it just need to be installed. Once installed it will open OE if it
is still set as your default.

Try this command from Start, Run:

regsvr32 sendmail.dll

If that does not help run this command as well:

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"
