I have a 9600 gts video card and a Samsung 226BW that up until now has worked wonderful. Recently, when I turn my computer on the screen does not appear on my monitor. I restart the computer and the screen will then appear. Turning the monitor on and off does not seem to fix the issue. This is getting worse and worse requiring me to restart my computer maybe 10 times before the screen appears on the monitor. Once the screen appears it works just fine. I'm not sure the problem is in my video card or the monitor.

I have double checked the wiring and that does not seem to be the issue.
