Which monitor should I get? The Asus has 2ms response time whilst the Samsung is 5ms. The Asus has webcam but the Samsung has a 3yr 0 dead pixel warranty.

Most people cannot tell the difference between 2ms and 5ms.

What's more important to you the webcam or the 3yr 0 dead pixel policy?

Without knowing the price, I would choose the Samsung.

The Samsung is $268 and the Asus is $255.

I would get the Sammy. But first, if you are buying from Newegg then read all the negative reviews of the monitors to find out if any of those review would affect your decision.
