Apart from three chambers one is run out before the others so how can I stop wasting the other Inks?

Your printer sellect the colors it uses base on the colors you're printing. If one tank of your printer is empty then just replace or refill the empty tank and keep using the rest of the tanks 'till its needed replacing or refilling. - Realy! no wasted inks.

Not if it's a single, 3 color tank. Many cheaper printers use 2 cartridges, one for black, and one for color (it has 3 colors in one assembly). To replace the color, you replace all 3, whether or not you've used all of the ink. I think that's what the OP is asking about.
