CAS Latency

I am new to these forums. Hello everyone. I have a question regarding CAS Latency. Are the effects of CAS Latency more pronounced with AMD CPU's because they have lower clock speeds?

No because they haqve a On-Die memory controller. So accessing the memory is much faster and much more effective. Some people use to sya that P4 where more bandwith hungry and A64 more timming dependant but thats no exactly true...
