So, looking at the contents:

Wood Elf Highborn (same as Sneak Peak)
Enchantress (floaty one shown in WD)
Battle Standard Bearer (like it more the more I see it)

16 Glade Guard
12 Dryads (pretty much confirming they're Core plastics)
8 Glade Riders

10 Scouts
6 Wardancers
3 Warhawk Riders

8 Waywatchers

Now, unless something radical has changed in the new book, GW has
actually given WE players a good army deal - I must admit I was
expecting Treekin rather than Warhawks, and they'd probably have worked
better as a 3-strong unit, but that's the only questionable inclusion.
I'm slightly puzzled by the Scouts and Waywatchers - looking at what
you can see of the models these are clearly different (i.e. it isn't 18
Scouts), but since they'll no doubt be packaged in 3s as normal, what's
with the 8/10 rather than 9/9 unit sizes?

Notes

- If Dakka is to be believed Glade Riders (like Skeleton cav) represent
two unit types: Core Fast Cavalry and Special Heavy Cav (with a Ward
save rather than extra armour). This may explain why they're shown here
in ranks - alternatively they might just fit better on the box cover
this way. Can't see any of the models that well, but this scheme makes
them look a lot better than the ones in the GT photos.

- Surfing or not, the Warhawk Riders seem an improvement over the last
ones - shame the birds aren't that clear, but at least the proportions
seem better. Not sure if those are plastic Pegasus wings or not.

- Waywatchers look pretty good; the one we were shown a picture of
before (which wasn't) doesn't seem to be here.

- By my calculations, assuming either £6 each for Warhawks and
characters or £7 for birds/£5 for characters, with the addition of a
£12 army book this will come to exactly £150, as other recent army
deals. I certainly plan on picking it up.

These are all fine.

I count 14 of each kind on the picture. I wonder how many come within
the
single unit box.

Which look quite nice on the small picture. There seem to be some more
horse poses then we have seen so far, I wouldn't have liked having half
of the horses looking to the side.

No, treekin are a must on the buy list so there is no need to put them
into the army deal.

If the rules do not change to radically the warhawks are more or less a
useless pointsink. I like them even if the miniatures are not great I
might include some of them in an army sized 1500+p.

The army sets do not contain blisters, they use plastik boxes. Do you
have those 10 metall miniature packages in the UK? We got them with
most metall core untis and some of the specials -the offer was you buy
nine and get one miniature for free.

Fast cavallry with bows does not loose to many shots in this formation,
six instead of eight in most cases.

The GT photo shows a half painted miniature, the black "barding" is
probably nothing more than just primer.

As said before they are most probably metall and not plastic. It is a
shame that the riders are not sitting anymore. I was hoping for new
riders for old metall elf horses. I've got some spare horses from the
elven chariot, but these horses are much smaller than the new ones -the
warhawk riders are just the right size for them.

The one on the picture was probably the champion.

We never got an army deal with army book in germany, but the option to
buy the army book iirc. 189eur is the price of an army deal now iirc.
