Well, it depends on what you want it to do. It's not by any means a gaming system.
They cut the cost, by using a low end onboard graphics. And it's only got a 350w PSU. So, if you decided you wanted to get a video card, you'll likely need to upgrade the power supply as well.
That motherboard also uses DDR2, instead of DDR3.
It doesn't mention the model of hard drive, but I'd be willing to bet that it's a low powered (slower) drive.
