Problems with uniblue

I downloaded uniblue speed up my PC. Ever since I have been unable to boot up my PC. Anyone had similar problems. And does anyone know any solutions?

The computer asks me to run check disk. How can I do this on boot up?

Tap F8 on startup. Try to access safe mode. Then you can do a chkdsk from start-->run-->chkdsk /r
